1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://bsesmain.com/ or booking lessons with Cello Academy UK & USA (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms.

Lesson times are confirmed by email to hello@bsesmain.com.
Parents/guardians must accompany under‑18s to in‑person lessons and be present for online setup.

Reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged. Missed lessons without notice are charged in full.

Fees are due before or at the time of service. Prices are listed on the Services page and may change with notice.

We maintain a safe learning environment. Abusive behaviour or harassment will result in immediate termination of services.

Teaching materials we provide are for personal study only and may not be shared or sold without permission.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing excludes our liability where not permitted by law.
